This policy applies to all service fees paid directly to Trifect Media—including campaign setup, monthly retainers, website design packages, and add‑on services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel a one‑time project (e.g., website build) within 7 days of initial payment and before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any non‑recoverable third‑party costs (e.g., domain registration fees).
- Ongoing Retainer Services:** For monthly retainer clients, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We will refund any unused portion of the upcoming month’s fee.
- Non‑Refundable Items: Fees for work already completed, third‑party subscriptions or licenses, and custom deliverables (e.g., content written, ads run) are non‑refundable once delivered or executed.
3. How to Request a Refund

2.Review Period: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review eligibility.
3.Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4.Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- Performance‑Based Guarantees: If you signed up under a result‑guarantee plan, we will evaluate against the agreed KPIs. Partial refunds may apply if targets are not met due to our underperformance, as outlined in your service agreement.
- Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, legal restrictions), we may offer service credits in lieu of cash refunds.
